And one thing caught my attention: the argument – again an obvious one for people here – is that content moderation is a significant duty for instance owners. If the idea of unis on the Fediverse catches on, we could imagine content moderator to be a respected, public profession…  Public sector badly needs more digital capacities – but can also help in mainstreaming content moderation in a style wholly different from the approach taken by big tech. ‘)
